  • Processing Refunds – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.
